The Collaborative West is a firm uniquely qualified to provide adequate staffing for any scale of project. Our San Clemente office is structured around four design teams supported by a horizontal level of senior staff and designers. Having an overall office staff of 50 provides the ability to add additional team members to support the primary team as required to meet critical deadlines.
Mark Garrity

 An experienced licensed Landscape Architect, Mark has directed a wide range of award winning projects both in the United States and abroad. These include many internationally known large-scale resort/casino developments, golf course projects, entertainment and retail, and mixed-use developments.

Mr. Garrity’s experience includes managing an overseas office located in Bangkok, Thailand. The office, under Mark’s direction, completed large-scale projects including significant projects in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines. His travels include several tours through the gardens of Europe, Southern Africa, and India and extensively through Southeast Asia. Mark is a “team player” who takes part in project conceptualization, design, management, and implementation. The large variety of successful projects on which he has worked and his diverse background ensures great result on any project in which he is involved.
